Professor Masayuki Inaba of The University of Tokyo visited Milebot Robotics
Masayuki Inaba is currently a professor at Graduate School of Information Science and Technology of The University of Tokyo, the head of the Department of Creative Informatics and the head of the Intelligence Systems Robotics Lab. His research interests include key technologies and software architecture for robotics system to promote robotics research. His research projects include hand-eye coordination in rope handling, vision-based robotics server systems, remote brain robotics, and humanoid body behavior etc. Among them, the research of humanoid robots represents the most advanced technology of Japanese humanoid robots.
On November 11th, Professor Masayuki Inaba came to Milebot Robotics. Dr. Chen Gong, CEO of Milebot Robotics, and Dr. Ye Jing, CTO, led Professor Inaba to visit the Milebot Robotics and introduced several projects under development.
After visiting the company, Professor Inaba and the members of the Milebot Robotics conducted in-depth exchanges in the meeting room. Professor Inaba introduced some projects developed by his team. They discussed the key technologies of the robots. This exchange and discussion provided many constructive suggestions for the further project promotion of Milebot Robotics.
