[Good News] Dr. Chen Gong was honored on Forbes China U30 Elite List in 2018

Forbes China released its 2008 list of China’s “30 elites under 30 years old” (Forbes China 30 Under 30). 600 young talents were selected as the new stars of this year.

The 20 areas selected by Forbes China this year are: entertainment, finance and finance, education, venture capital, science, retail and e-commerce, tourism, media, energy and environmental protection, enterprise science and technology, social enterprises, marketing and advertising, food and beverage and agriculture, sports, consumer technology, medicine and health, arts and fashion, music, games, manufacturing industries.

This list collects 600 outstanding talents who are active in China’s economic life. While increasing social work opportunities and promoting economic development, they are also changing China’s economic life and enhancing China’s global influence.

Medical Health List

In the selection, Dr. Chen Gong, CEO of MileBot Robotics, was ranked among the 30 elites in the field of medicine and health, which affirms Dr. Chen Gong’s contribution in this field.

Dr. Chen Gong Co-founder/CEO

Chairman and general manager of Shenzhen MileBot Robotics Technology Co., Ltd., PhD and postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Biomedical Engineering, National University of Singapore, mainly engaged in the research and development of intelligent robot systems, medical rehabilitation robot systems, and human-computer interaction technology. He graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering and automation in 2011. In 2016, he received a full scholarship provided by the Singapore government. He studied as a PhD in the Department of Biomedical Engineering of the National University of Singapore and as a postdoctoral fellow at the National University of Singapore Neurotechnology Research Center in 2016.

Published more than 20 academic papers in top international well-known journals; more than 10 papers in international academic conferences; cited more than 360 times on Google scholar; applied for more than 40 patents as inventors; obtained Shenzhen Peacock talents in May 2017 In the same year, he was awarded the title of “Nanshan Pilot Talent” and “Geek of the Year” by the Shenzhen Internet of Things Association; Dr. Chen Gong also served as a graduate tutor of Shenzhen University.
